Nikita is a postdoctoral researcher with a background in applied mathematics and computer science. He defended his doctoral dissertation in 2023 that was devoted to modelling and solution methods for renewables-driven energy markets. His current research interests concern the development of efficient optimisation methods for machine learning surrogates. Primary, neural networks and decision forests.
