Tarley Mansur Fantazzini is a visiting researcher from Federal University of Sao Carlos (Brazil), where he is doing a PhD in the Operations Research area.
His PhD research focuses on developing different approaches to tackel an aircraft recovery problem for a Brazilian oil and gas company, through Goal Programming, Multiobjective approaches and Robust Optimization Models.
